Education

Kinki University (Kindai University), Faculty of Science & Engineering — Department of Nuclear Reactor Engineering. Specialization: Environmental Radiation.

Early Career

  • Asakawa Systems (Wakayama-pref’s leading IT subsidiary for construction): design & cost-estimation systems; planned and developed in-house products for the construction domain.
  • Kubota Systems (now Kubota): Project Manager on large-scale central government projects; extensive experience in managing public-sector IT.

CyberTech Period

As CTO / Technical Director:

  • Advanced use of RDBMS and Object-Oriented Databases (ODB) such as Object Store to build systems with complex data models.
  • Acquired native XML database technologies from U.S.-based Progress Software and Xpriori; established domestic and international R&D capabilities.
  • Led the promotion of XML data utilization and DITA adoption; frequent speaker at industry events and standardization activities.

Independent Activities

  • Chairman of JASIPA: 70+ Japanese SME IT companies; MOUs with Vietnam, Philippines, Ukraine, Bahrain, and others.
  • Quality Assurance Education: Lecturer at JUSE; supported QA training for IBM, Accenture, TIS, and other major firms.
  • International Collaboration: Partnerships with BTECH (Bahrain), VNITO & VINASA (Vietnam), PSIA (Philippines), IT Ukraine, etc.

3-C. TAXAN – Multi Electronic Money Payment for Amusement Facilities

  • Overview: Reader terminals for transportation IC (Suica/PASMO/ICOCA) & retail e-money (nanaco/WAON/Edy); remote sales & prize redemption monitoring; PoC 2013–2015, commercial launch 2015; ops/analytics with Yamato System Development & Yamato Financial.
  • Supplement: Considered ZigBee as a low-power wireless option (not disclosed as the final adoption).
  • Role: PM/PMO leading terminals, gateway, data aggregation, accounting integration; from PoC to commercialization.
